First of all, why can't a girl not enjoy sex without being seen as a slut? Why is this question about girls only, and not about guys too?
Anyway, there is not a general answer.
Some people (guys and girls) are having lots of sex because they just simply enjoy having sex. Without having psychological problems. Actually, they might feel just perfectly good about themselves and are very happy the way they are.
Other people have emotional problems and use the sexual attention as a fix, like using drugs.

No, I don't think all "sluts" or those who are promiscuous have "emotional" problems. Sounds like you might though.

I would say they have emotional problems. they are trying to fill a void - something missing in their life by having the attention of a bunch of guys. Unfortunatley it is no substitute. just creates another set of issues.

i think saying there insecure is bull sh@t, they make there choices like everyone else, everyone has emotional problem and fears etc, there just sluts and not worth the time of day
