Dont invest in energy stocks thinking that you can predict the future of america. Stick with the solid strategy of finding small fast growing companies. Look for a stock screener and find ones whose earnings and revenue are going up 50% a year. Don't you agree thats a lot less risk than 1. Believing what ppl say on here and 2. Thinking that you can predict exactly when we will start using wind power more often?

Probably none. The problem is birds and encroachment by humans.

Humans can be very stupid. They move next to an airport and then complain about the noise. Wind generators make a lot of noise too and people move next to them and complain about the noise.

So if they are put out of the reach of the present population, the birds get killed and the environmentalists complain.

They also generate about 25% less energy than advertised.

ZOLT makes carbon- fiber blades for the windmills...they're taking off lately.
And there is a little company ( Canadian, I think) that erects towers.....something like TWRT ( maybe .ob )
