I am currently 7 months pregnant and my baby moves all day, all the time. Sometimes she moves so much that it gets uncomfortable. Is it normal for them to move so much?

It is BIG BIG Blessing - consider youtr self so fortunate. All that movement means a lot of healthy things like she is not floppy and has muscle tone meaning she does not have a syndrome!!!!!

Good luck and enjoy it!

Every baby is different so maybe for your baby its normal. I know when I was about 6 or 7 months pregnant with my first she wasn't moving a lot all the time but there were times when it would feel like she was throwing the party of the year in there.

It is normal for them to move that much. Isn't it funny how you spend the first weeks of pregnancy anxiously waiting to feel the baby move and then before you know it you've hit the point where you just with they would be still for a little while. Sometimes those kicks kind of hurt. My kids always seemed to be most active when I was trying to sleep. It is just a normal part of pregnancy.

if this is something new and you thought your baby was moving normally before and just suddenly became so active talk to your doc. about this. it's probably nothing some babys are just active i knew my son was going to be a foot ball player 3 months before he was born my family used to like to watch my stomach move i swear sometimes you could see his feet and limbs! my daughter hardly moved at all if i was active she was still i would sit down for a few minutes every day until she moved so i would know she was ok some babies are lazy while others can't wait to get out and see the world they feel like their kicking their way out good luck and just have your dr. check you over for safety

At least they are moving in the daytime instead of at night. That means they do not have their days and nights mixed up. A very active baby may be hyperactive later. It sounds like they are healthy, though.

I am also seven months pregnant and I'm going through the same thing. My doctor said that although my baby is "hyper", it's a great thing when they move so much. It means that they are healthy!!

It's normal, all babies are different. As your baby gets bigger, she will start running out of room and won't be able to move as easily.

My son did. He never stopped. Just think of it as reasurrance .. .constant reassurance ... that she is okay and wiggling to remind you. I'm 21 weeks now and this little girl has been kicking up a storm for weeks now. I know she's okay when I feel her moving.
