I just recently received an email job offer for a Web Developer position w/ TooSpoiled acting & modeling community site.

Dear,
After viewing your resume online recently I have determined that your qualifications make you a strong candidate for a Web Developer position within our company"
I see what seems to be a lot of unfounded conjecture & innuendo being posted bout this co., with extremely thin documentation of any actual wrong-doing, if any at all. No real victims screaming, just self-reinforcing blog and forum posts, with what seems conjecture based on nothing but similar or even duped content.
Does anyone have any definitive data to justify these rather venomous posts? You'd think this company was founded by Hitler or something.. I don't want to discount an opportunity without some hard data to back up why it is I should run away screaming, more than just some schmucks' poorly-sourced opinions.

Most companies have some BBB complaints outstanding, most of which do not seem to get responded to. I guess that stands to reason, unless a company wants to hire a legal team solely dedicated to responding to BBB complaints. 16 of 22 complaints have been resolved and/or responded to.
