Ouch! I am in pain.?

I am having a pinch in my vaginal area during my menstruation. It started last night, my 3rd day. I was 9 days late, it came on and I am having back pains, buttock pains and this pinch, feels like someone is pinching the inside of my lips instead of having stomach cramps. Anyone know what it could be?

There are a number of possibilities as to what could be causing this one of them being endometriosis but the only way to find out for sure is to see your dr so that they can help you try to figure out what is going on.
