Actually, you don't need a globe.
(although they're very useful to have)

The exact opposite point of the world from a given point is called the antipodes.

There is a website that allows you to find your town, and will then automatically generate a view of the opposite point of the globe for you. (using google maps)

http://www.antipodemap.com/

I had fun playing with it, give it a try. No opposite towns for me, though, my antipodes is in the middle of the Indian ocean...

Go on the internet to Google Earth. Look at your address and see what its latitude and longitude are. Then enter those same numbers but with minus signs where they are plus signs and plus signs where you had minus signs. That will give you North where you had South and give you East where you had West. The town that shows up for the changed coordinates is on the opposite side of the earth.

Uhhh...you WILL need a globe.
As you wan't to find the exactly opposite town.
You will have to locate the coordinates of your town, and reverse them.
If your town's coordinates are 75deg north and 76deg west. The town opposite will have coordinates 75deg south and 76 deg east.
You could use Google Earth, or just search on google. You might find it.
