I have heard that the white stuff that accumulates in the corners of your mouth is due to dehydration. Sometimes this is caused by allergies, asthma or simply dry skin problems.

It possibly ability which you're dehydrated. What you're seeing is fairly dried up saliva (think of approximately how whilst somebody spits on the sidewalk and you spot all of those white splotches after it has dried). Drink greater fluids, quite water and juices.
