How do you start your own fan club organization?

i think it might be difficult, especially if the artist doesn`t personally endorse the fan club...u could try to contact the artist`s management or record company & outline your plans for a fan club & see if this gets u anywhere...of course, u can always try to get a club together without permission of the artist, an unofficial fan club...probably u will want to charge some kind of membership fee, & offer premiums to the members, like a newsletter, t-shirts, etc...conduct contests for concert tix or signed artist memorabilia, etc....maybe run a website where the members can go for all the latest artist news, tours, photos, etc...hope this helps!!! good luck!!! btw, who`s the artist???
