What is a word to describe prejudice against people that are *******?

I have a growing hatred towards jerks and *******. I'm starting to lose faith/belief in most people, in a way very similar to how an athiest loses faith in religion. "Racism" = prejudiced against someone for their race. "Sexism" = prejudiced against a certain gender. "Athiesm" = doesn't believe and/or like religion or the concept of a higher being. Now is there an equally strong and/or technical word for someone that has an almost Nazi-ish hate against jerks or snobs or people that are less than pleasant? NOTE: Please do not put any smart-a** responses such as "Yeah, the word is Moron tee-hee." I really want to know.

I thank you guys for agreeing with me for my essential "Nazism" against *******. But is there a technical TERM or even a psychological term to describe this? As in, a word?

Phobia, in many circumstances implies feeling threatend or intimated. Which maximum persons are by using issues, human beings or circumstances they don't realize. Plus homo'ism' as is sexism, racism, or classism only doesn't sound proper... xp

I could not have said this better myself. I do NOT like *******. Interestingly enough, they get more out of life than most people who aren't *******. People treat them better, and everything. For the love of God, I don't understand this.
