Please tll me more about this. I lived in S Philly for 20 years, back during the Rocky movie days. It was Italian & Jewish back then. Irish in another neighborhood. Last time I visited there were asian gangs & the rest were mostly black. What's happened now? I'm glad I'm not there anymore.
