hi,
I'm not sure. in this day and time it may be possible with all the advance equipment that we have. but i would think not. then again i do know of a woman who was born at 2 pounds 2 ounces and live when everyone thought she would die. this was in the times when black people were not allow to have the best of equipments for there families in the hospital. because of one nurse (a white nurse) this child lived, so i would say it is all based on the grace of God.

At each stage in the first two trimesters of being pregnant (about 6 months) organs are being produced. you can research "fetal development" it depends on heart and lungs and digestive systoms. No matter what a baby born that early would have big problems at first. good luck

The smallest Baby I have heared of surviving was 21 Weeks pregnant.
But there's only a very slimm chance of it surviving from that small.... But it will if that was god's plan!!

most of the things i've read say that the age they can be saved is 24 weeks. although there is record of a baby born at 21 weeks that survived and this is very rare.

Maybe in the future, but not now. The earliest a baby has survived is a 21 weeker. Best of luck.

Not a chance. It would be considered a miscarriage. The baby isn't developed nearly enough to live on it's own.

No
most if the vital organs are not developed yet. The lungs are the last thing to develop and this takes place at the tail end of the pregnancy.

16 wks? I've heard of babies living at 24 wks, but I'm going to go with no for 16 wks...there is just no way they are developed enough to live outside the mother.
