Is it bad for the USA that the US dollar is weak? What is the likelihood that the dollar will get stronger soon?

Weak ? You havent seen weak yet, just wait for the oil to run out. As for contribuiting factors, America exporting $hit and a weaker oil price. All oil must be payed in US dollar so it depends very much on how much oil is beeing used and what the price is. So it would make sense that the dollar gets a boost during the winter and gets a bashing during the spring/summer.
Another major factor is for sure the Euro which countries around the world are stocking up at the expenses of dollars, which they pretty much "only" need to purchase oil.

Maybe he is now weak because in EU they have Euro as money
many of these states have monopoly on some important places then Euro is now much stronger now worth about dollar before 8 years and much trading hes weak who has an oil he's money is stronger as I know in this world ,,black gold" is everything...

Corporations. Seriously, they've made constant spenders of our society even at times when we shouldn't be spending. The only goal of a corporation is profit, not people or hugs, but money. It's unlikely the dollar will get stronger soon unless people wake up to how and what they spend their money on, and stop paying 100's of percents over what the item actually costs.
