You know that's a good question..I find I come on here when something bothering me...sometimes I can think my life is down and I,am unhappy and so I come in here to get advise and find myself giving it and answering my own question....I love to help other people and sometimes when I think I have so bad...I feel bad fr thinking that way cause I see other people can have it worse then me so helping them makes me feel better as well...I hope that makes sense.....

i stay on for like 3-4 hours
then i come back on like 2 hours later!
