If you have to ask that question then you shouldn't be doing that at all!!!!!!!!!! Learn how your body works and how to protect yourself. Not only from pregnancy, but also from how to keep from getting any diseases!!! Most diseases NEVER EVER go away!! no you cant the sperm can only live for two days and it takes about that much time through the vagina to get to you ovaries and it would take over a week if you "swallow"
