If you don't wear a bra it could be that the material of your shirts/blouses are irritating them as the material rubs over them.

Otherwise, they could be dry from the winter in which case just rub some good moisturizing lotion on them daily or twice daily. Vaseline would be a good thing to put on them at night while you sleep.

Are they only sore around the time of your period? It could only be a hormone surge. Talk to a gyn just to be sure nothing's wrong.

Its your peiod symptoms, when your period is on or is on the way you get all kinds of pain, your breasts hurt, cramps, butt hurts, back hurts every thing, you feel like your are pregnant
