You don't, you CONFRONT him.

Actually, you shouldn't do that either. It sounds like you have expectations and desires regarding this relationship.

Set aside time when you are both calm to discuss both of your expectations. Use "I" statements, like, "I expected us to stop seeing other people at this point, because it makes me feel jealous." As opposed to "You make me so jealous!!"

Good luck!

First of all congradulations on your relationship and i hope it lasts forever, like all good things. Right now I can't help you with your question, to vague, but if you define it a bit then I can help you more. Do you mean where you fit in in the relationship, the relationship in general, or what?

Take him to one of your favorite restaurants, and, sometime during dinner, ask him where he sees the relationship going. Be sure you WANT this - you might not get the answer you think you will.

Just sit down (over dinner or whatever) and ask him.

Only 8 months - you are an impatient one.

"confront"? Terrible choice of words, dude. You have a honest conversation with him. You don't "confront".
