Help!!! Please help me set up picture in a picture on my Visio HD television.?

Please list steps in order & make them simple as I am not very good with electronics. Thanks LB

I not sure, but, on my TV there has to be two inputs. One comes from Cable and the other run through the DVD player. Then I press the "PIP" button and one show in B&W in the top right corner, though I can move it to other corners. If, I want to see what the B&W show, I press "Swap" and then see the other incoming video. Normally we use one for TV and the other for Video Games. People can play a game in B&W as others watch a Movie.
