I agree. He has the size & strength, but not the mental quickness.

I think your right, Daunte Culpepper all over. He has a good arm, they say the strongest since Elway. The thing is NFL Draft preview on NFL Network said at his pro day they weighed him in at close to 300 lbs. Not only is he gonna be adjusting to the new speed of the game, hes also gonna be adjusting to eating grass and getting surgeries because a 300 lb QB is gonna be slow and is gonna be a big target, and he's gonna get hit alot. Big bust in my opinion.

Decision skills come with playing time. Give him a few years and he will be a good QB. But he's going to need help with the Raiders though.
Brady Quinn is due to be this year's biggest bust. He hasn't played any true competition within his years and when he does(USC, Michigan, LSU and other bowls) He plays even worse than normal. The only reason he did anything in his NCAA career is because he played teams like Air Force, Army, and Navy, then more teams of the caliber. Quinn is horrible, you wait, you see.

None of the above. Russell will be the next Jake the Mistake Plummer... Great athlete, good mobility, will have one to two good years and the rest will be mediocre.

He will definitely be another Daunte Culpepper. At 270 lbs., it won't be long till he blows out his knee and has surgery, rendering him useless for the rest of his career.

No not John Elway. He wasn't actually that great. Compare him to Cunningham or moon. No he won't be a bust.

you answered your own question....see: Daunte Culpepper
Anyway, doesn't matter how good he is, he's going to the Raiders. Even if he pans out he's at least 5 years from even contending for a playoff spot in Oakland.

I think that he will do great. Hopefully the Raiders can build around him. He won't be what Dan McGwire was for the Seahawks, remember him?
