Golf balls used to be made with feathers, hence the name "feathery".
A top hat full of feathers made one ball, and only one ball could be produced in one day by one person. It was an offence of serious proportions to actually steal golf balls in this era!

plants communicate with each other .my father told me about this.he had read it somewhere.
a forest was attacked by a certain type of beetle, and the trees many miles away that had never seen that beetle started putting out a substance in there leaves that would make that type beetle not eat there leaves.
they got two plants in pots.set them on a counter, a guy came by, and got one of the plants and beat it up, hollered at it, threw it down and stomped on it, two weeks later they had an EEG machine attached to it ,when the guy came by that had killed that other plant/ the plant remembered that guy and registered a lot on the EEG machine.where it didn't register for two weeks then when that guy walked by it registered on the machine a great response.
i read this in readers digest that they hooked up a plant and set it by a man and when he was asked question and he lied the plant reacted, but only when he lied.the plant was like a lie detector.
i pick up plants people throw out on the street now and take care of them.have about fifty on my patio i saved.and planted a few bushes and trees in my yard people threw out.also.
It says in the bible to eat of the fruit bearing trees and seed bearing plants.what the plants produce is what were to eat.
randon fact,i saw a large hovering silver saucer shaped craft one day right above a building 34 years ago.
faith is an amazeing force, not so much in anything in particular, just having faith will bring to a person so much good things .thats the most emportant thing i have ever learned.

Well, I read a fact which I found interesting the other day. It is that baby salmon, when the leave the spawning ground and swim down to the ocean, they swim backwards! Is that so that when they are older and want to return to their spawning ground up the river they will recognize it from when they left? If so, is there some lesson there for us humans?

The human eyeball is about 24.5 mm long. The Basenji is the only barkless dog in the world The oldest known dog lived to be 29. Babies are born with 300 bones, but by adult we have only 206 in our bodies. The reason? Some bones fuse together later.
