The nutrients in the milk are the same.

The antibodies in breastmilk work best when the baby is nursing directly at the breast.

Pumped milk often contains less fat because the pump is less effecient than a baby. Certain vitamins are only found in fat. Other vitamins may be lost when the milk is heated, particularly if it is overheated.

When the baby suckles directly from the breast they have control over how much fat and water they get; they also pass bacteria and viruses to mom so she can start making antibodies immediately. Suckling at the breast promotes proper jaw and tooth development, and makes the jaw much stronger.

Also bottle feeding increases the risk of ear infections because it creates a suction. Most women also can not maintain an adequate supply with just pumping.

So if you have to pump for when you are not around go for it. But breastmilk from the breast is best.

The same if the milk is fresh. If cooled or heated it loses a little of its benefits.

The same. The only difference is that with bottles they get more air in their tummies and the risk of ear infections is greater.
