Odd question, I purchased this vehicle a few weeks ago and can't figure out to make dome lights come on when the doors are opened, I'm thinking somebody disconnected something somewhere. They come on manually, but if I set the switch so they would come on when you open the doors, they stay on regardless, like the switch would be in the on position. The door lights go on and off when the doors are opened and closed, the bell dings when door is opened and keys are left in it, so I'm confused on the dome light issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

Timer or not, I will try that later on, never seen a vehicle where the lights stayed on either after you put the key in the ignition and started it, or b after you actually started driving. Has to be more to it.

They're on a timer (two minutes or so)
