Lets say if I live in the US and dig a hole in the ground going all the way through the Earth and hit China?

Wouldn't I be upside down!? Like if i jumped down head first, i would end up upside down in China...But if i took a plane i wouldnt be upside down! So what would happen?

Gravity acts towards the centre of the earth. So when you jump, you accelerate towards the centre of the earth.
Also you will be weightless at the centre, as stated correctly by another person above.
But as you cross the centre of the earth you will start getting attracted back towards the centre.
