Are you well endowed, not being personal it may be that. It may be a good idea if she visited her doctor to make sure all is okay.

Hello there... I am 26yrs old and I was recently experiencing the same problem. When my bf and I would have sex, I would have very bad abdominal pain. As time went on, the pain got worse during sex, and soon after, I had the pain canstantly there. I was diagnosed w/ PID. It's not the end of the world, but if left untreated it can make her sterile and give her other problems as well. Have her see an ob/gyn asap. Treatment is pretty cool, just some antibiotics! Good luck and hope I was of help.

The cause of endometriosis is unknown. Some experts believe that pieces of endometrium travel back through the fallopian tubes and pass out into the pelvic cavity (space inside the pelvis that holds the reproductive organs). Tiny pieces of tissue may lodge on surfaces of the reproductive organs. During menstruation, the tissue bleeds, just like the endometrium inside the uterus. Blood from these areas can cause irritation of the surrounding tissue which may become swollen and inflamed. Over time, scar tissue and cysts can form.
What Are the Symptoms of Endometriosis?
Many times, endometriosis has no symptoms. When symptoms are present, they may include:
Abdominal cramps or back pain during menstruation.
Very painful menstrual cramps.
Painful bowel movements.
Painful urination, especially during menstruation.
Abnormal or heavy bleeding during periods.
Painful sex.
Difficulty becoming pregnant.

She could have a condition called endometriosis, in which the uterine lining that usually leaves the body during menstruation will cling to the exterior of the uterus, or other organs. Many cases bear no symptoms, but in moderate to severe cases it can cause pain during intercourse as you described, rectal pain, constipation (because the endometrium can bing the colon to the uterus), severe abdominal pain that is generally described as feeling like a blow from a sledgehammer, abnormal periods, and even infertility. There are many effective treatments available for this condition .
have your gf seek the advice of a GYN. Though I cited endometriosis here, there are numerous other reasons for her to experience these symptoms. However, endometriosis is a relatively common condition.

the problem she has is known as deep dyspareunia
Deep dyspareunia
Deep dyspareunia, often described as pain resulting from pelvic thrusting during sexual intercourse, is also common and has many causes. Major causes include pelvic inflammatory disease; gynaecological, pelvic, or abdominal surgery; postoperative adhesions; endometriosis; genital or pelvic tumours (including fibroids); irritable bowel syndrome; urinary tract infections; and ovarian cysts. A common cause is positional, with deep thrusting by the woman’s partner hitting an ovary (equivalent to hitting or squeezing a man’s testicle

There can be many reasons for this bad positioning during sex for her or there could well be a medical reason and to be honest it sounds like the later.
I am not going to guess as that would be foolish so tell her to go to her doctors to have this checked out it may be serious it may not be but the only one who can tell you is the doctor.

*It may be that sex is stimulating her uterus causing it to contract even after sex giving her period like cramps.
*It could be because of the postion you use causes you to bump aganist things that don't like to be bumped
*It could be due to a cyst putting pressure on her
*It could be that she isn't really ready for a sexual relationship and her body is acting physically on the mental doubts she is having.
I could go on, but I think you get my point. It could be any number of things. Painful sex is never the sign of anything good. She should be checked out by a doctor.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/bUKsv

i know for a fact that this can be a symptom of chlamydia. if i was you i would get her to go to a doctor to get it checked out and its probably wise that you go yourself as it is a std. its simple enough to get rid of if this is the case, you just have a course of antibiotics for a week. however if left un treated and it is chlamydia it can cause serious problems especially for women.
