The Cincinnati Zoo would probably be a really good source. They have a several large cats and a really cool "Cat House" showcasing many species from around the world.
I don't think they have lions anymore though. They did that to make more room for more tigers, specially the endangered Bengal tigers. They have a large habitat for the rare white tigers and are known all over their world for their efforts in saving the endangered species. I think just about every zoo in the country and in other countries probably have a tiger that was born at the Cincinnati Zoo.

check out www.aza.org
This is the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. You can search for the closest Zoos and Aquariums, or visit Zoo websites with links to live feed cameras of tigers.
This way you can be sure you are not supporting a "zoo" or animal park that breeds tigers and other exotic species for babies, babies that will be handled by the public, being exposed to disease and potential abuse, only to be "euthanized" (killed) when they are too large to be handled, or declawed (cutting off the digits in their paws at the first knuckle) and defanged and kept in cages without room to turn around.
Remember White Tigers and Lions are not separate species, they are genetic variations. Unfortunately some showman and people who enjoy exploiting animals breed for these variations, weakening the genetic make-up of the captive populations, and the world wide populations.
I have a degree in Zoo and Aquarium Science, and I would recommend ZOOMontana, Cincinnati (even though Columbus has a better manatee exhibit), San Diego Wild Animal Park, and Woodland Park in Seattle.
Check out zoo websites. If a zoo puts effort into a good (up to date) website, chances the whole zoo runs as well.

The zoo, the circus, Las Vegas, most county or state fairs, Busch Gardens - Disney's Animal Kingdom. Open your yellow pages and start looking. THere is a tiger sanctuary here in Palm Beach County Florida. Now, if you are implying that tigers should be free somewhere here in America, I have to point out that this would not be a good idea. Look at the damage done by mountain lions and they are a fraction of the size of a full grown tiger. whew!!

If you're going to Florida, try Lion Country Safari. It's a drive-thru, cageless zoo. They have lions, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, chimpanzees, and others. The website didn't say anything about tigers, so go to a zoo to see them. I went to Lion Country Safari once when I was little (it used to be in California until 1984), but I don't remember seeing any tigers. There were ostriches, though.

Look around. Some zoos have places where they house wild cats and you can see them up close for a price. Ask the people at the zoo. Just ask around (outside of the internet).
What state are you in? People might be able to better help you than.

Tampa Florida has a wonderful place to see Tiger and other large cats, and plenty of little ones too. people drop of there house cats that they don't want. A lot of people don't know its there almost in the middle of the city. And you'll get a lot closer to one than you would at a zoo. It is a resue for abused and negelated Tigers. And it is all done with private donations, fund raising. When I lived in Tampa I went every chance I got. They have a web site. www. BigCatResue.org. I hope you get a chance to go. You'll love it.

Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida is awesome. They have several different types of tigers, as well as lions. Plus they've done such a great job with it that you feel like you're out in the wild with the animals and not in a zoo at all!
