Wicca and Paganism in general is very friendly to gay people. Mostly because it acknowledges the divinity in everyone, whether male or female and also accepts the tenant that the polarity of male and female energy exists in every individual.

Uhm Christianity doesn't condemn gays, at least not in the modern world(it's frowned upon, but so is divorce). However there are Christians that use the bible to spread their hate, for us to say that this is because of their religion only is for us to be judging the book by it's cover, much like they are doing to us. We need to realize it's individuals who hate, and hide behind their faith, not that faith that hates, with individuals backing it up. There's a big difference there.
Also it depends more on the location than the faith. If it's a church of any kind in North America they're likely to be more accepting than one in say Iran. However even in Iran they have bigger things to worry about one would think, so the church likely doesn't frown on it so much as it tries to frown on other things that're bad within the community.
So basically, it's not the church, it's the general culture. The church must reflect the culture or else lose followers.
The ones that hate are individuals, not the churches.

The Scientology crowd is very accepting, and I think the Christian Science group will not raise an eyebrow. Islam in Iran, because of a ruling before Kohmeni (sp?) died, allows a sex change if some guy really loves another guy (and you would have to be doubly serious, stories tell that they don't use anesthetics but do give you a stick or something to grit your teeth on).
Something for clarification. In Christianity, as with Judaism, there is a code of laws and various teaching narratives within the Bible (Old Testament for the Jews, New and often with the Old for Christians). Homosexuality isn't the only thing condemned, just one of many. There are piles more explicit sins listed or discussed that are heterosexual in nature. The deal is a behavioral choice and why you make it. If God (as in the Book) says don't but you do it anyway (whether in unmarried sex or maybe stealing or maliciously gossiping) then that is sin. Christianity doesn't condemn a person for desiring the wrong thing, that is called temptation and we could have that about dinner, it is the practice of doing, as in "Let him who stole, steal no more." I, while married, had sex with a woman named Joan. My friend Ron had sex with a man named Rick. We, Ron and I, as Christians, were both wrong--equally.

Christianity does not condemn gays. It just says homosexual sex is a sin. I am also not aware that it oppresses them. Historically christianity has not considered performing the sacrement of marriage for homsexuals but I don't think that is oppressive. In Islam you may be in for a long day though...lol Try scientology...I really don't know.

Wicca, Witchcraft, and most neo-pagan faiths are openly accepting of Gays because emphasis is placed elsewhere on a person, not on orientation. But no matter what a faith "condemns" it shouldn't stop someone from practicing it if it is how they believe.

I'm a Christian and I don't condemn Gays. Why should I judge anyone else when I'm not perfect. I feel Bob Marley said it best when he said "Who are you to judge the life I live? I know I'm not perfect-and I don't live to be. But before you start pointing fingers at me make sure your hands are clean."

Christianity in fact does support gays. Our Lord Jesus taught us to accept each other for who they are and not for who we want them to be. Only the small minded says otherwise.

SGI - Buddhism is an accepting and really great religion. If your looking to explore different religions, I would suggest giving this a try.
