Wuthering Heights, definitely. (I'm obsessed with that book. Looks like Laurenelizabeth is almost as obsessed with it as I am. lol. My screen name is actually taken from Wuthering Heights.)

I love wuthering heights but pride and prejudice wins hands down!

Pride and Prejudice because the characters are much easier to understand and you can relate more easily to their daily lives and pursuit of love. Wuthering Heights explores much darker elements of human nature and requires more profound thought. This is a novel that is meant to be read on days when the weather is raging and the sky is bleak. In other words I have to be in a certain frame of mind to read it and become immersed in that world.
