plz guys , how can I MAKE MYSELF UNDERSTOOD EVEN TO ME?

every moment past looks familiar in a sense that it was destined to happen that way

IT seems to me My life was written already by someone , and I am acting everyday like it was written

I dont know how it will end but I feel as if somebody is watching me like reading a novel . He knows my free will .

For example I fell in love with a girl 2 weeks ago , but it turned out she doesnt fit me.

she happened to me cuz its the authors intention.

I dont know his final theme but I guess he wants to teach me what is real love.

I have a heartache but I feel this heartache is what the author of my life wanted.

the author will give me happy ending?

why I feel and interpret my life in such a way?

I know all I am saying now sound very absurd.

help me, i WANT TO UNDERSATNAD ME.

dont think you can really truly understand "you" just your basic wants and needs. becoming "you" is how you change and grow attempting to aquire those needs.
someone
someone knowing your free will means its not free will

Warning: this might sound crazy, very frustrating or tiring and may not work.

Take a notebook, start writing about yourself as if you're writing about someone else but someone you know very well. Write about what he (you) feels, thinks, wants and everything else that comes to your mind. Don't bother reading it when you are doing it. After three or four days (or a week, better), stop writing, go to a coffee shop, get a nice cup of coffee (or go to a park or something), read everything.

And see what happens. I think you'll get an interesting perspective - post question(s) here and tell people here how it makes you feel and what questions you still have. People might have some interesting answers for you.

I agree with STRANGER. Writing is always good for the soul. And when you write things come out of you that may not come out in any other way. It is the most effective way of letting your mind communicate with your inner self. It could not hurt. so give it a try. Personally, I dont think any author is out there trying to make you hurt. Everyone hurts sometimes. sometimes we can make that hurt something good. In other words (sometimes bad turns out to be good) and sometimes it is just hurt. You may never know the real reason. So dont analyze yourself so closley or you will start to make it an obsession and that usually gets you nowhere. good luck. let us know how you do

Pretend that the author never wote the book( your life)....Just as easy you had that idea that everything in ur life was written down....that's how easy you should get it out.....It sounds to me like your trapped inside your thoughts.........Every moment ,everything that happens, .......everything you do, in your mind you are like "This was written down, or this was meant to happen"....Ofcourse things are meant to happen because thats just how life is.........life never tells you what its going to bring .........it just does......To me it sounds like you are trying to find an explanation for why things happen .......so thats why you tell yourself oh well this was written down for me....It's depressing to live everyday thinking everything was written down.....Its like something controls your every move....There are things that have no explanation..like life......Dont try to find why life is like it is...........Just live it....enjoy everything its brings.....YOU ARE THE AUTHOR OF YOUR OWN LIFE..........and if you want a happy ending........write it down.......

Haven't I viewed this question before?

Anywho, you're a leaf in the wind
or
the wind being diverted by a leaf
or
both;
It's meaningless either/any-way.
