Legitimate Casting Directors do not look online for actors.

Look in the theater section of your local newspaper, local auditions are often posted.

Ask your actor friends and your acting teacher, where you can find audition information.

If you are not in an acting classs, find one and join it. You need an actors network to help you find auditions.

Backstage.com
has audition information

There may be such a site, but casting directors don't use it. They prefer to let agents do the work. Each individual agent has a book of headshots that they bring to the casting director. Essentially, the agent is vouching for the actor's skills.

The casting director could see thousands of photos and resumes that fit what she's looking for, and she needs something to narrow it down. The agent is that filter.
