They'll finish 7th seed. The Nuggets are playing better so they'll secure 6th. And I don't think Golden State will move past 8th seed because they're too inconsistent. Also I agree with you that attacking the basket and their defense are two things they need to work on. But in order to win a championship this team needs two other things. One is a point guard because Famar is too young and Smush Parker is not that great at all. Two they need Kobe to be a more consistent leader. That doesn't just mean taking over when needed (and yes I know he does do that). But it also means making his teammates better. The Lakers have got to be more of a balanced team on both ends of the floor. Until that happens they'll never win. As for this year they're going to lose in the first round.

The lakers will go into the playoffs in the 7th spot and lose to the suns in the first round in 5 games. They could have been in the sixth spot but they choked and the nuggets took the spot and now have a 1.5 game lead on them. Also, they nuggets have beat the lakers 3 out of 4 times. They won't make it past the first round or even come close. Period.

The are in serious danger of falling out of the playoffs. Kobe has been incosistant since his 50-point a game binge. And they have nobody to pick up that kind of scoring slack (no one consistant enough). I hope they take the 8th spot. My buddy is a Lakers fan and I would love for my Mavs to knock them out of the playoffs.

U think they can beat San Antonio, Dallas, Phoenix? I don't think so. Yes Kobe will try to score 80 points in every playoff game but he needs to learn that its not him vs. 5 its kobe and his team mates vs 5. they need to run plays not just give Kobe the ball. and by the way they will get the 6th playoff spot

haha...they have absolutely no chance of winning the championship....even if they strengthened those aspects, they still wouldnt be near 5 of the top nba teams....the day kobe scores a hundred, in 28 straight games, is the day they win the championship with the team they have now
