Yes, I believe he will be having a press conference tomorrow at 5 pm EST to announce he will be entering the NBA draft.

Not yet but he will. He has a 5PM EDT conference today (April 10th). He's ready save for a few extra pounds he needs, but a nutritionist and a summer of weightlifting should take care of that.
