Soft stools is often caused by too many carbohydrates and not enough fiber. See: http://www.bio.miami.edu/hare/poop.html
You are smart to stop all fruits and vegetables for now and stick to PLAIN pellets and hay. If she is under 1 year old, she should be getting alfalfa pellets and alfalfa hay along with grass hay. See if this helps.
If it doesn't then get her to a vet.
If it clears up the soft stool, you can gradually reintroduce the greens...try a little bit of just one type and see how she does. If OK, then try a little more. Over the course of several weeks, you might work up to 3-4 types of greens.
There are some that think if you feed a good pellet and plenty of hay, it's ok to not feed greens.
Here's some info on diet:

You should only be feeding her pellets at least till she is 3-5 months old. They need the straight nutrients of the pellets for the first few months. Anything else can make them sick.

What you should do right now though is take away the rabbits food and only let the rabbit have as much watter and hay that they can eat. I know it seems mean, but I promise it is not. They need to clean out their systems with the hay and water and they hay is the roughage they need to do this.

It could be the strawberries yes - soft fruit can cause diarrhoea. Best to stick to hard fruit/veg - i.e cabbage, RED lettuce, apples, carrots. No more often than every other day - but not until she's at least 5 months old!

Stay off the fruit and veg until bunny is 5 months old and she should be fine. Keep in mind that bunnies always do produce some soft poos - these are the ones they in fact eat, usually before you see them. No I'm not joking - rabbits are coprophagic (poo eating). Their food needs to pass through their gut twice to get all the nutrients out - it comes out soft first, is eaten again, then comes out as hard pellets.

Here's a list of suitable fruit and veg - rabbits do need it occasionally for their health, so don't stop altogether:
http://www.mybunny.org/info/fruitveg.htm

If she's an outdoor bunny - in fact even if she's indoor - get her bottom cleaned up quick! At this time of year, flies are attracted to their poo. They will lay their eggs in it, which can hatch into maggots and eat your bunny alive in hours. Sorry to be alarmist, but I can't warn enough against flystrike. There are preventative products available to protect against this, e.g. Rearguard.

if your rabbit is less than 12 weeks old it is reccomended that you don't give her any fruits or veggies as she is to young. her body can't process it fully...stick to the pellets for now and leave out the veggies till she's older.
if you absolutely must add greens, do so in the form of timmothy hay or the equivelant, and only in small portions.
alfalfa is good to, tho i've heard conflicting reports on it. my bunnies are 7 and 8 weeks old and they love the stuff! i just give them a toilet paper roll full (as in stuff the roll loosely so they can pull it out) every couple of days!
if you need any more help, google it! there are plenty of great sources on the web that you can look into!

A rabbit that isn't contact her nutrition is a doubtlessly heavily ill rabbit. Rabbits cover ailment all proper, so on the first signal that something is incorrect you want to get her to a vet today, no matter if you imagine you're overreacting. Your rabbit has only had a huge substitute in her very short existence, and the rigidity would probably have delivered something out. Please a minimum of ring the vet.

don't worry!
if it has only been for a bit then thats not bad
my rabbit often has squishy stools. They are supposed to eat them to get the goodness out of them and they will re-poo them as hard stools. There is probably nothing wrong with her!
If the stools become diarrohea like you should definitly take her to the vets thougjh as it can kill small animals like rabbits
