Apparantly you didn't read the memo. Anything and everything that happens between now and Jan. 1, 2009 gets blamed on George W. It doesn't matter what it is. If you get pulled over for speeding, tell the cop it's Georges fault. But don't blame him for anything good.

I wonder if anyone blames global warming on the snow storm we had easter weekend in Texas. We broke record lows and it is still cold. I guess global warming is starting somewhere else on the globe
