I have this invention in mind. It's like a little tunnel or archway that's said to emit enough RF energy to detonate any explosive device. If you walk or drive through with a bomb: Kaboom!
Of course you put these in isolated, bunkered locations and then you make everyone walk or drive through them (like we do at airports).
I know, I know...you say there's no such technology. Well it doesn't matter. you just have someone who did the Star Trek set design build 'em. Lot's of buzzers, lights, wires, etc. Have a public (rigged) test once or twice day, with plenty of loud explosions.
Then you sit back and watch to see who's nervous about going through! You hit those folks with the darts they use to stop a charging rhino.
Couldn't hurt to try it!

Uh, did you know that the women in Iran wear rather tight-fitting clothes.
This race and religion baiting question is from someone who just responded to another question, and let me quote:
"I want the world to be a better place because I'm in it so I TRY to be a good person and I live to make people happy!" -- RLP
OK, then you should realize that there were no suicide bombings in Iraq before the US invaded and occupied the country. Cause and effect perhaps?? Perhaps if you promoted a rational plan to end the US involvement there, you'd be trying to make "the world" a "better place" Fanning the flames of religious hate is not God's agenda, nor does it make Him happy.

If I ruled the world, the first thing I would do is put a stop to all this PC nonsense!
Liberals, if you want to go to a Middle Eastern country, even for a visit, you will have a very hard time getting a visa. Ladies, if you stay at a Middle Eastern hotel, most facilities are just for the men. The pool is off limits to you, and don't even THINK about wearing shorts. They don't care if it is 110 degrees and you're hot.
You are expected to wear a veil at all times. Want to emigrate there? Forget it. Even if they miraculously let you live there, you must abide by THEIR rules, none of this PC nonsense applies over there. You will be given no special treatment. In fact, you will probably be cheated at every turn, watched by the secret police, and learn the hard way that you are not in America any more.
So Libs, why do you always act like we owe these people something? Now that you know how they would treat YOU, don't you think it's a bit hypocritical to demand that we turn back flips to accommodate whatever backwards and intolerant culture they practice?
We should follow France's lead: no veils. C'mon, even Catholic nuns didn't wear veils. Secondly, if a Middle Easterner want to wear a burka-like outfit (sans veil), that is her prerogative, but we will give our police full authority to stop and search her when ever the police deems it advisable. As the saying goes, "Better safe than sorry".

if you are referring to the situations in Iraq, there's really nothing we can do on it.
Land war wise, the policy is that we have NO say on the tactics employed on the civilian populous on the ground there. As of last year, upon prompting and pushing by the democratic party, the "game ball"- the control of the policy of police action in Iraq- was turned over to Iraqi police, which gives us little to no say on what clothes are appropriate, what vehicles can be searched, where vehicles can be parked (wondered why they parked in busy market areas? Now you know) or other related police policies.
Because of the state of military concerns were given back to us late March in the state of border control by the iraqis after their inadequacy was proven in Fajullah this Jan., only now are we able to lock down the borders of Syria and Iran, when this should have been done at the beginning of the liberation.
We cant have a real logical chance of beating our enemies on the ground there if they are being hamstrung by policy here in our country. Let our soldiers do their job.

Hahahaha.
I first thought your post was dripping with sarcasm and dark humor. In fact I was going to post a congratulatory note for the clever "question" - though a liberal I did find humor in the question.
And then I read the rest of what you typed and realized you were serious.
Wake up call for RLP who must be living under a rock. They have been using burqas to smuggle for millennium. Opium, money, disguising men as women, slaves and whatever else you can think of.
This shouldn't be a surprise to those of us well informed.
And you are totally incorrect and UNAMERICAN on your assertion that political correctness drives us to allowing veils in ID's. Its called the Constitution and you should read it sometime. Something about freedom of religion (and not just yours)....
FYI, ignorance offends me.

If your fellow Americans are being bombed in America you should be offended as I would be. However when Amereicans are where they ought not be what happens happens and will continue to happen as long as Americans are where they should not be.
Keep women in Burqas from blowing up Americans move the Americans where the women in Burqas do not have access to them like America. Hello!

Here's a real mind-bender for you, Robin.
I'll see your latest rant, and raise you a real QUESTION!
Since you seem to find "entertainment" (your admission, btw) in ridiculing Muslim female's dress mode, let me ask you:
Q: would you trade your colorful American wardrobe for one that is all "basic black?"
What I'm suggesting is that our Mormon citizens choose to cover their bodies, almost as much as our Muslim citizens. And...it's their right, and none of your freakin' business!!!!!!
So, in your own white, middle class, inhibited, twisted way, STOP trying to use PC (political correctness) as an excuse to spew your own vile racism!!!!!!
People can dress how they choose in America (or anywhere else, for that manner).
I don't know if all Muslim women actually "prefer" to dress the way they do, but I GUARANTEE you this:
In all likelihood, they'd look at your picture and consider you quite the whore.
Don't think so?
I'm not judging you, I'm saying that your appearance would be quite unacceptable to a devout Muslim or Mormon woman.
Robin, get hip to the fact that a lot of things in this world are "relative" and aren't controlled by any one philosphy or theology.

Oh, my! Burkinis! I love it!
We could accomplish so much good, just by sending our sleazy teenage girls' clothing over there. And maybe putting the burkas on our teen girls.
Thumbs down, begin now! LOL

Yes, the time has come. Check out this summer's two-piece burka fashions and the latest song craze sweeping Afghanistan: She wore an itsy bitsy teeny weenie yellow polka dot . . . um . . . burka. Well, it loses a bit in the translation.

When I was having photos taken for international travel last year, for passport and visas etc, I was told only the hair could be covered. I am a Muslim woman and thoroughly understood the need to have full face photographs taken in this world. It is just this idiocy that keeps women in slavery so deeply in Saudi Arabia.
In the election awhile back, women were supposed to be allowed to vote. However there were no women to take their photographs and no women to take their votes because women are not allowed to work in KSA. So basically, the female vote collapsed in on itself. But then, an election in KSA is a laughable thing in a country so rigidly held at the feudal level of the 7th century. This is a country held in the iron grip of a corrupt monarchy upheld primarily by its military and corporation allies.
"Yes, it is sometimes too much frustrating to deal with women issue in Islamic Countries like Saudi Arabia. They are doing more damage to the religion Islam by making one after another laughable rules and pushing half of techie population (women) into non-productive roles or limiting them to home only.
This is the only Islam the world sees, not our sensible Islam." This is a quote from a friend who lives a Muslim nation where women have the freedom to live Islam as it was intended. They work, raise families, stay married, and are very progressive.
My point? Not all Muslims advocate militancy in everything. I am so very "live and let live. You will find your path when you are meant to find it." It is a shame that the few make it so difficult for all of us. These people, by their adhering to an agenda intended to polarize and create hatred and division, cast dark light and much ignorance amongst people.
The people who are behaving in this ways are agent provocateurs. Their function is to foster division and create social instability through their actions. Some grievances are real of course, but they tend to find whatever weakness they can to exploit and aggravate society.
That same political correctness you speak of that we are speaking of is applied in other important areas of society. If you are not pro-homosexual, as opposed to indifferent, you are homophobic and therefore politically incorrect.
If, knowing full well the difference between Jew and Zionist, you mention something anti Zionist, you are anti Semitic.
If you speak of the value of a woman remaining at home to raise her children at the expense of a mundane career, you are anti-feminist.
If you are speaking of a racial matter and inadvertently misphrase something minor, a bit of terminology, you are automatically "racist".
Do you get my point? Political correctness is a tool used in all aspects of life. It is a mind control mechanism that is regulated by peer and societal pressures taught from those early years in daycare. That "group mind" thing, remember it?
By the way, I am not a Liberal, nor am I a Republican. I am a human being first and foremost, a woman who cares for Americans as I do for my fellow Canadians. What happens in your nation will deeply affect mine since our leader is in bed giving service to your leader.
Meanwhile I shall ask you the standard question I ask people in here who seem to thrive on "controversial" questions for one or another pervy reason. At the end of the day, when you are faced with yourself, minus the wig and the layers of paint, do you still feel good in your heart. Does your negative meddling give you that warm feeling one usually enjoys after doing something good in the world? If you are Christian, and I will not assume anything, is this something Christ would approve of?
