I do not really know a lot about ebay but i purchased an item from a person. I returned it to them for a refund and they havent given me one yet. its been over a month and i know they receieved it already. They been avoiding my emails. I want to tell ebay about it but there is no links it just says unpaid item..but that is for sellers selling and buyers not paying..where do i tell anyone about this to get my money back.?? thanks

go back into ebay and click on the help button .then you will find it opens a page for you to ask questions, you will need the buyers name and the item number .good luck *

you can report it to ebay or if you paid through paypal you can get reimbursed from paypal by filing a complaint.
go to safeharbor and lodge your complaint...Ebay takes things like this very serious! I know I have sold several things on ebay and I am very careful! Good luck and I hope you resolve your conflict soon!

wow yea you do need to file a complaint on ebay and hopefully they will take care of it. next time be carefull what you buy over the internet
