Chien-Ming Wang. Benson's a sub .500 pitcher with a
torn right rotator cuff. Not sure if he will be any good when he returns.

Chien-Ming Wang is on the DL for another couple of weeks.
Kris Benson just had shoulder surgery and is out for the season.
So technically, right now, neither one is any good. But once healthy, Wang is definitely the better pitcher. He throws a sinker at 95 MPH for crying out loud. How many guys do that?
Wang won't win any Cy Youngs, but he will win ballgames. Benson has trouble doing that.

Chien-Ming Wang by far. First of all, he showed he's able to pitch in the major leagues last year, while Benson's never really had a strong season (though he did pitch for the pirates), and Benson won't pitch this year, so it'll take him longer to prove himself, whereas Wang will likely have decent results, possible about the same win-loss totals of last season.

Ummm Wang. Benson has never been very good. Wang almost got the Cy Young. Wang is probobly the closest thing to a Asian (greg maddux) Not a lot of strike outs but can make everyone ground out.
The guy is a great pitcher.
