I prefer allowing them to watch TV between 1 and 2 (not the same TV, of course). Then, for the phone, wife gets it between 7:30 and 8 PM. Girlfirend gets it between 9-10.

Actually I let me husband use the phone on Mondays from 10:00am-10:45 am. But last week I caught him using it at noon on a Wednesday!!! The nerve. So I beat him senseless. You gotta take care of things before they get out of control and think they can do whatever they want.
