Looks are the first thing people notice. They can't walk up to you look in your eyes and see your soul. First impressions are always very important and there's no do overs when it comes to first impressions. If you look sloppy and unkempt then the person your meeting is going to think of you like that even though you may have been having a bad day. Unfortunely we live in a world where looks are important, everyone is beautiful in their own way and should try their hardest to make it notice.

Because they're shallow for one and because humans as a race have grown more and more useless so we concern ourselves with meaningless things like looks. I guarantee you when my great grand-mother was working the farm she wasn't worried about breaking a nail. She had way more important things to worry about. Now the biggest thing most people worry about is whether or not they charged their cell phone last night.

From a psychological point of view, it is believed that the physical appearance of a person sends signals to your brain that the person is healthy enough to reproduce and raise children with.
From a personal point of view, people are just shallow and/or care too much what their friends and family will say if they're with an unattractive person.

because as humans we were meant to recognize and appreciate beauty, and what is attractive varies from prson to person. Unfortunately, however, people take this to crazy extremes. I am a personality girl myself. A great personality can make anyone beautiful

iam picky with look... Cuz i ma Country men r Strangely Ugly and Smells bad... and Yet they Dont see that as a Turn off..

Not all of us are. I am attracted to the personality. There is this one person....I first noticed how intelligent and funny he is. Next , I witnessed his compassionate nature. Months later I found him TOTALLY desireable. Totally.

I look more in the personality, to i look how she look to.
50/50= almost perfect, there is not perfect match, is basically personal opionion.
