But, for what you wanting, I just watch the Classifieds as it be close. I browse a lot of on-line places as I looking for a Sail Boat to live on. There are a few you can find that sell boats for Charities, people donate the boat for a tax write off and they can sell fairly reasonable. But, as I say, for your size you want to look local I would think.

Canvas the marinas. Look around and see if there are any "FOR SALE" signs. If they are thinking about selling, many people might be looking to deal because they don't want to make the boat ready for the summer or pay the slip fee.

Hometown News,local newspaper,local boat dealers and drive buys..also check out the marinas always somebody needin money oh yea the boatworks yard too!
