It is possible that it isn't your period...........if you think you could be pregnant take the test. Many women bleed in early pregnancy and think it is their period.

Essentially it is possible but extremely unlikely.

If you want to know for sure take a blood test. A urine test could show positive for a few days after a very early miscarriage. But the blood levels of hCG fall pretty fast as far as I know.

It's rare, but it does happen. I had my period for the first two months of my first pregnancy. So, wait a few days and test and see.
