Yes, and I wish I knew at the time where it would lead me!

I was 5 at the time, and out on a company picnic for my dads company. It was a big do, and the picnic tables had lots of food and drink on. At the end of the table was a wine box with a tap on it. The wine box had pictures of grapes on, and I love grapes. Being a kid, I just stuck my head under the box and turned the tap on. I don't know how much I drank, but I got all funny feeling, very giggly, but later on I just felt really sick. Was obviously a lot later that I realised it was alcoholic!

Sadly, that isn't my saddest tale of drinking, alcohol has led me to some very dark places. I'm proud to say that I am now 136 days sober.

I never knew that my last drink would be my last, and for a long time I felt cheated that I never got to say goodbye. I realise now that alcohol wasn't my friend, and that its a huge achievement to live my life without him.

When I was little, about 5 years old.
My dad bought my mother some for her birthday. My mum treated me to a little sip (an one off thing) and I liked the taste.

My mum stored it on the top of the cupboard out of my reach. Slowly over the next few days, my mum found that the level of the liquor had gone down and accused my dad of having a sneaky drink.

One day my mum caught me standing on the kitchen counter reaching to the bottle. Haha. I had climbed up onto the drawer knobs of the drawers and onto the kitchen counter!

She even caught the culprit who left the teethmarks on the butter in the fridge! haha

Yes. My mom let me have a taste of her Strawberry Daiquiri and I ended up drinking the whole thing. I was drunk. lol I think I was like 10 years old. I'm still surprised that I didn't get into trouble for it. But it was soooo yummy!

Yes. My parents were out of the house and I found a bottle of Jose that they never drank because they're lame and I decided to try it. I then chocked and freaked out I swore the stuff was bad. I know drink Jose all the time. lol

Yes I was 10 and it was the first ever national lottery, my parents had a party and all my family came andwere in a syndicate.
As I was so young I was trusted to sit in the bar room with my cousins......whoops!

Yeah It was when I was washing dishes for my dad, he gave me his almost empty can of Bud Light to put in the recycling. So I had a sip, It was awesome. Just the fact that I had alchlohol on my breath made me feel so awesome.

Yup!!! I was twelve and had a Sprite/Vodka drink with a cherry in it. Oh, and on that same day I drank 3 Kalua and coffees and a shot of Polish Kruptnik (sp?), lol. ;-D
