before you enter college, at the orientation you take a practice math exam which determines which math class you are placed in.

No. When you come with a highschool diploma, the college assumes you are ready for college level classes. ONLY when they suspect (by grade and classes already taken) you are not ready for class you want to sign up, they make you take a placement test.

You can also volunteer for the test if you are not sure you can handle the classes you want. See your college admissions counselor for more details.

No. Only big colleges make arrangement campus recruitment, there too only 50% of the student will be placed..


Few colleges say that they place their students..

But its all words written on water..
