Did you agree on temp alimony at some point? Your options may be limited if you did and are currently paying it. If she has been living without it for the past three years a judge may not grant it to her. My ex tried for and was denied alimony. I think the circumstances of her living with and having a child with another man may influence the courts decision as well. The only way you are going to get a good answer is to speak to your lawyer.

Boy, did you get played.
The way I read it is that you have no children between you? If that is the case, why did you wait 3 years go by? Did you keep her in luxury to go for alimony? Can she work? To many questions to be answered. You all need to sit down civil and discuss the options, and get that paper signed and get out.

Alimony yes, CHILD SUPPORT for YOUR child, NO.
Your ex should not be on your health insurance unless court ordered and you could go back to court and claim adultery, cause being separated is not a license to play the field.

Should she marry, alimony would probably cease. But she's probably not gonna do that. Why should she......As long as she's able to have her cake and eat it too. Next you'll be paying child support. PLEASE consult with a good attny.

Living in the marital with her boyfriend? Wtf is this supposed to mean, that they are shacking up?
The only way you quit paying alimony is if she dies or gets remarried. So you better hope the ho ponies up and marries her babies daddy or you will pay her indefinitely.
