Not this year... (hopefully not ever) I think pitchers will be extra careful, as noone wants to be in the history books as the guy who gave up the HR.. and the 'roids have wreaked havoc on the guys legs... (wonder where he injected them?) He doesn't play everyday, and between that and being walked, he won't see enough ABs. Personally, If I were a pitcher or manager, I'd walk/bean him every time. He's too cocky. Before he juiced he was a great all around player, no he's washed up and should be banned. Steroids are a worse offense than betting, and Rose is banned... THINK ABOUT IT

Barry will feel something pop while running the bases or catching a flyball. This will be a serious injury that will sideline him indefinitley. Alas, the home run record will have to wait.

The 12th of never. I'd rather he be walked 700 times this season, and so would every other sane baseball fan. Actually, I'd really rather he be thrown out of the game, but the impostor in the commissioner's office is a wimp.

He'll silence the negative name calling fans during the 3rd week of July.
I'll laugh at them because they will not have anyone to abuse after he retires! No one else on the Giants has skeletons in the closet, so they'll have to start another childish name calling crusade with some other city's baseball team with performance enhancing drug use.
Barry never took steroids..... No positive test results to fan the flames..... Only growth hormone and amphetamines.....

What record?
The most homers by a juiced frankenstein?
Meaningless record; if he is 10% stronger juiced, than many of his hits that would have drifted foul or have been caught on the warning track end up going yard.

He broke the record for biggest pri*k in baseball a long time ago. I hope he blows out his knee and we never hear from him again.

Hopefully never. Nevertheless, Hank Aaron's record will always be golden.
