I do not measure it through either of those things. My measure of success comes from whether or not I attain all the goals I have set before myself to accomplish in both my private and professional lives. Years from now, I want to be able to look back over my life and say that "yes" I was able to do the things I set out to do for myself. That is success in my eyes. Accomplishments, not pipe dreams that never came to fruition.

I never compare myself to another person. I could care less what the next person is doing. I am in control of my own success. My own self-actualization is all that matters to me when it comes to measuring my own success.
