Area is Length times width and will be in square feet..
Change each measurement to feet.
10ft 8in = 10 + 8/12 = 10 + 2/3 ft. = 32/3 ft
6ft 5in = 6 + 5/12 = 6 +5/12 = 72/12 + 5/12 = 77/12

1st problem
(32/3)*(77/12) = 2464/36 = 68 + 16/36 =68.444sqft
The rest is up to you.

Note: 1st contributor above made a mistake when he converted 6ft 5in. It should be 6.416667ft. and NOT 6.5ft 5in is not .5ft but 6in is .5ft.

convert each to feet:

10ft. 8in = 10 2/3 feet
6ft 5in = 6.5 feet
6ft 3in = 6.25 feet
10ft 1in = 10 1/12 feet

No, do the multiplication, and your answers will be in square feet.
