if you live in the same state as this guy call the state police.
if you don't live in the same state call the fbi.
if this is for real, and your daughter is a minor this guy is in a world of trouble.
the fbi and the state police should have the resources to track this guy's ip address to find out where he is living.

So, a password allows a user to access a certain website, say an email account. Just because this person has her password, doesn't mean she needs him to "give it back".
She should still know it. And she definitely needs to change the password anyways.
Either this post is entirely bogus, or you really don't have a clue about the internet!
In any case, your daughter should never show her breasts to strangers for any reason.

Either go to the police or get a picture of someone else's boobs and give hi the picture but I suggest going to the police.
