GIRLS ONLY PLEASE:how come my boobs arent growing?

i got my period when i was 11 and im 14 now and my boobs arent even a b cup yet.my mom doesnt have a flat chest so i dont get it. other girls at my school just got their period last year and they got a bigger chest than me.

any ideas.(i already know someone will say enjoy what god gave you but i do i just wanna no if im done growing or not)

I would recommend also discussing this concern with your mom and dr. The reason for the dr is to make sure that there isn't something else going on that could be causing this.
