It is so funny that as soon as something happens that just shows the lack of unity in this country by its own citizens-ONCE AGAIN-how so many unintelligent, racially motivated people come out of the wood work yet can never show their faces on their comments or questions they ask?

Although we have come far, racism and gender-stereotyping is still alive and well, and since this Imus-Rutgers debacle, I see so many have once again come to the front and have shown their "true" sides. Yet wont show their faces. What are yall's thoughts?

Those people are not un-intelligent. Those people who show up on TV and share their opinions are motivated by their own agenda. (not the same thing as level of intelligence)

Unfortunate thing is, they have nothing but their own agenda in their mind and they don't think twice about harming the people they say they protect to help their own agenda. Their visions are completely and narrowly focused that they don't see or care their own words and actions are helping to divide the people, not unite them. I will go so far to say, those people are very racist in their thoughts.

They, too, seem to like sensationalism and where there is none, they help create one, all knowing his people (that he says he protects) will further feel infuriated and angry.

For once, I'd like to see those people comment for people to "rise above" people who make stupid comments, rather than suggest comfrontation.

It's very sad.

Yes. Many people are tired of unintelligent people but as long as we live in the great USA, you will still be allowed to make you nonsensical comments. How ironic that someone who uses "yall" as a word complains that someone else lacks intelligence.

Yes, situations like the Imus-Rutgers debacle tends to bring out the racist idiots like yourself.

Instead of just ignoring one moron's stupid comments, ignorant people like yourself use it as a platform for their racist beliefs.

How sad.
