I feel like my boobs have gone on a growth spurt, they're incredibly sore visibly larger. Usually they get sore before and a little after my period, but that was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Also, is it normal to have a lot of clear/white discharge that can sometimes be watery?

No it is not normal to have sore breasts after your period unless you are taking the pill. Being on the pill can cause the breasts to be tender due to the hormones in them. I would double check with the dr about this to be on the safe side.
As for the discharge, yes it is normal to have discharge that is clear like water and yes even whitish color like an egg (this kind means ovulation, if it's happening at other times besides that it could be from the pill if one is on it or an infection).
Yes, the clear colored discharge will often be very watery at other times during the month.
