I would definitely seek legal advise. A ruptured breast implant should not happen, especially within a 10 month period of time. I'm also going to assume that a ruptured breast implant is not good for you. Your doctor should have scheduled you RIGHT AWAY.
I would see if you can call the doctor back again to get an earlier appointment. I think that your problem should take priority over consultations and other appointments.

ruptured implants can happen, it's just part of having them. If you go back and read your paperwork, it's probably in there somewhere. there is no hurry to get it fixed. if they are silicone, silicone stays in one glob and does not migrate around the body like most people think. it stays attached to itself. i would ask them about the weird pricing. tell them that you have gotten several different prices for the same service and are wondering why.

Why do you need legal advice? You underwent an elective, cosmetic procedure, with known potential complications including failure of the implants. These are risks you accept when undergo cosmetic procedures. This is why you and everyone should think twice before undergoing surgery for cosmetic (non-life saving, doesn't it cure or prevent a disease, and may actually cause significant problems as in your case).

Unfortunately you can not sue. A ruptured implant is something that can happen and in all your paperwork you signed there is a clause about that. Plus usually it is something you did not something they did. But get in to him and maybe try to see another person as well.

Several different prices for what? The cost of the augmentation or the office visit cost?
If you are dissatisfied with their doings with you you should talk to the doctor about them, and if they cannot rectify the situation to your satisfaction you should seek a second opinion.

Have them replaced with cement implants. They will be much more firm and probably will not rupture.
